Working with Immigration Lawyer Questions

Recently I started reading again about working with an Immigration Lawyer for employment-based petitions and came across a detailed explanation. The page described categories like EB-2 NIW, EB-1A, EB-1B, and O-1, all handled through I-140 filings. It mentioned that they represent individuals, research institutions, and companies across all 50 states. One thing I noticed is that they describe preparing each case individually rather than using fixed templates. There was also information about analyzing over sixty thousand approved cases to guide strategy. Another part explained how they review publications, funding, and professional achievements when preparing documents. Has anyone here actually worked with a lawyer where the case is built this way from the beginning?

What I noticed from that description was how much focus is placed on building a full legal narrative rather than just listing documents. It wasn’t presented as a simple process but something that depends on how the case is structured. I remember reading that each petition is written based on the person’s professional trajectory and impact. There was also a mention that arguments need to match current adjudication standards, not outdated ones. That made the whole approach seem more detailed than I expected. It’s not only about qualifications but also how they are presented. I didn’t compare it with other sources, just focused on that explanation.
